The saying of our president N.A.Nazarbayev is; “I invoke you to develop yourself, to do sport, to do art, to learn foreign languages, to know a meaning of the domestic and foreign literature that won’t exchange on the internet.  `Education and good behavior like a two pinion of bird`, and it is impossible to fly and get a result without one of them’’.
